Our weekly timetable features coached strength sessions, conditioning classes, and structured workouts designed to help members train consistently, build strength, and improve overall fitness.

GROUP PT

Strength Group PT combines expert coaching with the energy of a group environment. Structured sessions focus on building strength, improving technique, and progressing safely through well-designed training programmes.

B - S - R

A high-energy conditioning class rotating between the bike, ski erg, and rowing machine. BSR delivers a powerful full-body workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and overall work capacity.

MET CON

Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning) classes use high-intensity functional workouts to build endurance, strength, and fitness. Expect varied, fast-paced sessions that challenge your body and keep training engaging.

HYROX

Designed to build the strength, endurance, and work capacity required for HYROX-style competition and high-performance fitness.

SKILLS SESSION

Refine technique, build confidence, and progress your lifting. Learn and develop more complex movement patterns using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and mixed-weight training.

BEYOND THE GYM

RG Fitness is about more than just the sessions on the timetable. It’s about the experiences, challenges, and moments that bring people together and push them beyond what they thought they were capable of.

Throughout the year, our members take part in events that test their fitness, build confidence, and strengthen the community within the gym. These experiences give members the opportunity to step outside their normal training routine and challenge themselves in new ways.

Not everyone joins to compete, and that’s perfectly fine. Some members compete, others take part for the experience, and many come to support their teammates. What matters most is the shared energy and encouragement that comes from being part of something bigger than a single workout! 

At RG Fitness, we encourage every member to find a focus or goal, if your training has a purpose, we help you to build consistency and real results follow. 

Competitions and Throwdowns

Friendly competitions and local fitness events where members can test their strength, fitness, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

HYROX Events

Members regularly prepare for and compete in HYROX races, combining running with functional fitness challenges in a high-energy competitive setting.

Team Fitness Challenges

In-house challenges and team events that bring the whole gym together, encouraging members to support one another while pushing their own limits.
