RG Fitness has been proudly helping people build strength, fitness, and confidence for over 10 years. Founded and owned by Ruari Grimes, we're a gym where you can expect people of all abilities to feel welcome, supported, and coached properly, from your very first session to achieving goals you never thought possible.
As a small village gym in Carrickmore, we’ve built a strong reputation through the achievements of our members from across the local community and throughout County Tyrone. We don’t believe in shortcuts or quick fixes. Everything we do is built around consistency, smart training, and sustainable results.
